Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. Not medical care

Health Assistant provides general educational and wellness information. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or a clinician-patient relationship. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of service content. For an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

3. AI limitations

AI output can be incomplete, outdated, misleading, or wrong. It may not account for your full history or circumstances. Independently review important information with a qualified healthcare professional before making health, medication, or safety decisions.

4. Accounts and invitations

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential.
• Do not share access to your account or use invitation codes beyond their intended audience.
• Notify us promptly at privacy@51heal.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that create risk, violate law, abuse the service, or breach these Terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give 51Heal Health Assistant a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for emergencies, illegal activity, harassment, malware, unauthorized surveillance, or attempts to access another person’s data.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or circumvent security or usage limits except where law expressly permits it.
• Do not rely on the service to make clinical decisions for another person or to replace required licensed professional judgment.

7. Availability and third-party services

The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Features rely on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Their availability and processing may affect the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. 51Heal Health Assistant is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on AI output. Any liability limitations must be reviewed for enforceability in the jurisdictions where the service is offered.

9. Changes, termination, and contact

You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may update these Terms and will post a revised effective date; material changes may require renewed acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Questions may be sent to privacy@51heal.com.
